1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InvestJournal, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use InvestJournal.

3. About InvestJournal

InvestJournal is a personal research and journaling platform designed to help users record investment research, track decisions, organize ideas, and learn from past investment decisions.

InvestJournal is intended to support research, reflection, learning, and discussion. It is not a brokerage platform or investment advisory service.

5. Your Decisions and Risk

You remain responsible for your own investment decisions and for evaluating the suitability and risks of any investment.

6. Data Accuracy

8. User Content

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, or share through InvestJournal, including research notes, journal entries, comments, images, watchlists, and community posts.

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant InvestJournal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and use such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

9. Community Features

Content shared publicly through InvestJournal may be viewed, saved, shared, quoted, discussed, or otherwise interacted with by other users.

Community content reflects the views of its authors and is not verified, endorsed, or guaranteed by InvestJournal.

Users are responsible for their own content and interactions.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should take appropriate action to secure your account.

11. Service Availability

InvestJournal may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features, functionality, integrations, or content at any time.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
